Gotham Steak is Alfred’s interpretation of the American Steakhouse where he continues the commitment to excellence that has made Gotham Bar and Grill a New York City institution. With his culinary team in Miami, Chef de Cuisine John Sully and Pastry Chef Joshua Gripper, Alfred extends his reputation for creative culinary inventions in landmark settings.
