To create Gotham's naturally vegan Bean-to-Cup Hot Chocolate, Chef Ron Paprocki sourced organic cacao beans from Madagascar, roasted the beans, and refined the cacao for 48 hours, resulting in a beautiful, bright, and lively chocolate. Each 2 oz. (or four-tablespoon) serving contains one entire bar's worth of 70% dark chocolate. Combine with skim milk*, water, or any plant-based milk as desired. Super bright red fruit and mellow cocoa tones linger on the palate with a sweet bitterness and a hint of vanilla. Four servings per eight-ounce tin.
