A LITTLE INDULGENCE
Last week we presented a unique dining experience for just a hundred guests: our Caviar Dinner Series. (The weeklong celebration prompted praise from one happy diner.) Working closely with our partners at Caviar Russe, Chef Alfred Portale crafted a five course menu where each dish featured a different type of caviar. Pastry Chef Ron Paprocki even used a bit of culinary wizardry to create “caviar” to accent his Mango Parfait.
It was an extraordinary mid-winter event, the kind of indulgence once reserved for royalty.
