A blend of our signature Independent 70% dark chocolate and hand-harvested sea salt from the coast of Maine. Our Independent chocolate is made at Gotham with 20% Bolivian cacao and 80% Ecuador cacao. This is a complex, balanced expression of dark chocolate created by Chef Ron Paprocki.
